Sale of paintings

The paintings in the gallery are for sale either directly as originals or as prints (prints).

How to proceed if you want to buy a painting?

In the gallery, select the image you want to buy. If the options “Order original” or “Order print” are listed for it, select the desired option as well. A contact form will open where the selected painting will be displayed. Fill in your name, phone number and email, or other details. If you would like us to send you the painting, please also fill in the address. For the print, please specify the format you want. The prices of the available A5, A4 and A3 formats are listed next to the images. We will arrange shipping or a pick up date after you send it. Once the complete order is agreed, I will send an invoice with details for payment by bank transfer. If you are collecting the painting in person, just pay cash on delivery.


Certificate of authenticity of the work

You will receive a Certificate of Authenticity for the original painting you purchase, declaring that it is an original and not a print or copy. The certificate also specifies the title, technique, size or year of creation of the painting.


Print price and other options

The print price listed for the image is for an unframed print in A5, A4 or A3 size on Fomei art paper with excellent gallery and museum standard and long life. For prints you can choose:

  • different size
  • print on the canvas itself
  • print on canvas on a blind frame
  • framing (for prints on paper, the framing includes protective glass)
  • gift wrapping

Options affect price and delivery date.


Terms and conditions for the sale of original paintings and prints

1. Introductory provisions
These terms and conditions regulate the conditions for the sale of original paintings and prints on the website www.dudak.art. The seller is:
Ing. Ondřej Dudák, ID No.: 75322129, non-VAT payer, with registered office at Strouhalova 2743 Kladno 27201, registered with the Municipality of Kladno (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").

By submitting an order via the contact form, the buyer confirms that he agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Order and conclusion of the contract
The order is made through the contact form on the website, by phone, email or through the seller’s social networks. By submitting an order, the buyer expresses interest in purchasing the selected work, but the transaction becomes binding only after the seller confirms the order. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or modify the order in agreement with the Buyer.

3.Price and payment terms
Prices listed on the website are approximate and may be adjusted. The final price depends on the method of delivery and other services the buyer may choose such as framing of the original or print, gift wrapping, etc. The final price will be emailed to the buyer as an order confirmation. The buyer will be informed of the payment options (e.g. bank transfer). Payment must be made prior to the shipment of the work unless otherwise agreed.Prices listed on the website are approximate and subject to adjustment. 4. Delivery terms
Delivery terms will be individually agreed with the buyer before the order is confirmed. The Seller undertakes to dispatch the work within the agreed time, but shall not be liable for delays caused by the carrier. The Buyer is obliged to inspect the shipment upon receipt and to inform the Seller immediately in case of damage. The order can also be picked up in person at the premises.

5. Withdrawal and complaints
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. The costs of returning the goods are on the buyer. Works made to custom order (e.g. prints to the buyer’s specification) cannot be returned. In the event of a claim for defective goods, the buyer undertakes to contact the seller as soon as possible.

6. Privacy Policy
The Seller undertakes to protect the personal data of the Buyers in accordance with applicable law. Personal data will only be used to process the order or to send a thank you for the order and will not be shared with third parties without the buyer’s consent.

7. Final provisions
These terms and conditions are valid from the date of their publication on the Seller’s website and may be changed at any time. The Buyer is obliged to familiarize himself with the current terms and conditions before placing an order.
